In SAS® Life Science Analytics Framework 5.x, when a user is deactivated the owner of his or her /Users/<userid> container should not change and the user should regain access to their folder once the user is reactivated.
Currently an issue exists whereby a reactivated user is no longer the owner of his or her /Users/<userid> folder, rendering the folder inaccessible to the user.
Note the issue only impacts customers whose systems are migrated from 4.7.x to 5.x, users in new 5.x environments do not encounter the issue. Impacted users are those created at 4.7.x and migrated/upgraded to 5.x as well as new users created at 5.1.x.
The issue is addressed by applying a fix as part of the migration/upgrade process from 4.7.x to 5.x.
